ASIAN PACIFIC PROGRAM
This program is offered through partnership with Club 55+ and the Association of Chinese American (ACA, 美华协会). This program provides social opportunities for older adults in our community to get involved, meet new individuals and share their culture with others. The program also periodically arranges series seminars to benefit their health care, language learning, and entertainment.
BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP
Sponsored by the Canton Public Library, this group meets the 4th Thursday of each month. Discussions will be led by the Information Services Librarians and will include a different book each month. The library will provide large print copies of the book for each group member. Please contact the Canton Library at 734/397-0999 for the book list or see the Club 55+ monthly newsletter.

RED HAT SOCIETY
This social group is inspired by the Jenny Joseph poem, "when I am an old woman, I shall wear purple, with a red hat, which doesn't go and doesn't suit me". This group encourages women to grow older in a playful manner. Come join this fun and active group for monthly activities and social interactions. This group meets the 1st Wednesday of the month.
SOCIAL NIGHT OUT
Are you looking to get out, meet new friends and have a good time? Our social nights provide a casual and fun way to meet other individuals age 55+. Some of the events we have planned are going out to a local restaurant, to the movies, the bowling alley, local concerts and more! Please see Club 55+ monthly newsletter or our Facebook page for dates/times/fees of upcoming events.
