The Summit on the Park is one of several facilities owned and operated by Canton Leisure Services, which provides creative and innovative leisure programs and services that promote healthier lifestyles and enhance the quality of life for all ages. Included in these traditional recreational activities and offerings are: athletics, sports, summer playground camps, health & wellness classes, cultural events, and programs that address community concerns and interests.

Canton Leisure Services employs approximately 120 part-time employees in many different divisions based out of the Summit on the Park.

Canton Leisure Services offers a variety of employment opportunities and looks to fill the following part-time positions on a regular basis.

Employment Opportunities

Member Services Assistant

Responsible for performing daily front desk duties while providing excellent customer service to guests and members at the Summit on the Park.

Facility Assistant

Responsible for front-line duties to assist with facility operations while acting as customer service representative and staff support assistant at the Summit on the Park.

Kids' Corner Assistant

Job Promo Video
Responsible for providing a safe and fun environment in which both children and parents feel comfortable. An employee in this position supervises children in a child care setting at the Summit on the Park.

Birthday Party Assistant

Responsible for the supervision and safety of children and other guests attending birthday parties at the Summit on the Park and/or other Township locations.

Lifeguard

Job Promo Video

Responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals within the Aquatic Center. Work is performed under the general direction of the Recreation Specialist.

Fitness Instructor

Responsible for leading enjoyable and safe fitness classes and/or aquatic fitness classes for Summit on the Park patrons.
